1. Who we are
Zynli is operated by HumanBee AB. We provide a multi-tenant customer support platform with AI-assisted chat, human agent handoff, ticketing, and related workspace features.
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].
2. Roles: controller and processor
When you create a workspace or sign up as a customer, HumanBee AB acts as a data controller for account, billing, and service-operation data.
When your organization uses Zynli to support end users (for example website visitors in chat), we generally act as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for providing appropriate notices to your users and obtaining any required consents.
3. Information we collect
Account and workspace data
- Name, email address, and authentication credentials for agents and administrators
- Workspace name, subdomain, and configuration settings
- Billing contact details and subscription metadata (payments are processed by our payment provider)
Support chat and ticketing data
- Messages, attachments metadata, conversation history, tags, and CSAT responses
- Visitor identifiers (such as cookies or anonymous IDs), optional name and email
- Technical context you or your visitors provide (browser, page URL, approximate location when enabled)
- Ticket subjects, descriptions, and related correspondence
Technical and usage data
- IP address, device/browser type, and logs needed for security and reliability
- Product usage metrics (for example message volume, feature usage, error logs)
- Cookies and similar technologies for authentication and preferences
Knowledge base and AI
If you connect documents or knowledge sources, we process that content to generate AI responses for your workspace. Do not upload data you are not authorized to share with us and our infrastructure providers.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the service
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace isolation between tenants
- Deliver AI-assisted replies, routing, analytics, and notifications you configure
- Process subscriptions and comply with legal obligations
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Communicate service updates and support responses
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to deliver the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests — security, product improvement, and fraud prevention
- Consent — where required (for example certain marketing cookies)
- Legal obligation — tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements
6. Sharing and subprocessors
We use trusted infrastructure and service providers (for example hosting, databases, email, payments, and AI/RAG services) that process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
7. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Retention
We retain data for as long as your workspace is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Workspace administrators may delete conversations and related content subject to product capabilities and plan limits.
9. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures including tenant isolation, encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
End users of a customer workspace should contact that organization first; we will assist our customers with applicable requests.
11. Children
Zynli is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
